Baltic Sea Labour Forum Round Table: Distant Work as a New Reality

The Annual Baltic Sea Labour Forum (BSLF) Round Table continues this year, after last year’s cancellation. Even though the Forum members are not allowed to meet as usual, representatives of CBSS Member States will still be able to discuss common issues and share their expertise and good practices in this year’s meeting.

The topic has, of course, also been affected by the COVID pandemic as we will explore such topical issues as remote work and the new demands that the labour market is facing because of it, such as upskilling or reskilling of the labour force.
