“Transport sector responses to emerging climate risks” as part of the 9th Annual Forum of the EUSBSR


On Tuesday 5th of June as part of the 9th Annual Forum of the EU Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region (EUSBSR), the CBSS Baltic2030 Unit is organising a seminar on “Transport sector responses to emerging climate risks”. Moderated by the Baltic2030 Unit Policy Officer Valdur Lahtvee, the seminar will discuss how to improve cross-border and transnational cooperation in terms of adaptation and how best to increase the resilience of the sector to risks related to climate change.

In the frame of the Annual Forum theme ‘After 2020’, the speakers will discuss opportunities and propose ideas on how to further mainstream mitigation and adaptation within the Baltic Sea region as well as how to finance integrated climate actions in EU MFF post-2020.
